We are looking for an experienced person to lead this transformation: from tool architecture through network administration to internal knowledge transfer.

Main Focus
AI strategy and tool architecture
Strategic selection, implementation, and management of AI solutions for the entire group. You take responsibility for the tool landscape (Claude, GPT, local LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG systems) and develop AI-supported workflows for the operational areas.

IT infrastructure and network
Server landscape, network administration, cybersecurity, backup strategy, license management. The technical foundation of the group is in your hands — solid, documented, future-proof.

Knowledge transfer and internal training
You raise the AI proficiency of colleagues, keep market observation current, and document best practices. Within a few months, you become the internal reference for all AI and IT questions.

Toolwork
AI-supported maintenance of existing applications
Extension and integration of existing systems with AI as a tool. Not classic greenfield development, but intelligent further development in live operation.

AI practice at architecture level
Several years of practical experience with current AI tools and architectures: Claude, GPT, Mistral, local LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG systems. You understand how prompts, tools, and pipelines interact — beyond user level.

Foundation
IT and network expertise
Solid background in Linux server administration, network configuration, and cybersecurity basics. Firewall, backup recovery, and server provisioning are not unfamiliar terms.

Plus
Programming language awareness
Previous professional experience with SQL, C#, Python, or comparable languages is a valuable plus. You don't need to develop yourself today, but you should be able to understand and verify what AI-supported tools produce.
